ORDERING

All orders are made directly at www.postersprints.com.

FREE SHIPPING OVER $45.

We offer free shipping when you shop for more than $45. Does not apply for orders being shipped to African, Asian, Oceanian or South American countries.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon completion of the order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. The order confirmation is your receipt and guarantee that the order has been reviewed.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will always send the order confirmation immediately after the order has been completed. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your junk folder and then contact Customer Service at info@postersprints.com and we will assist you.

CHANGE / CANCEL ORDER

We are quick to ship our products so if you wish to change your order, please contact customer service at info@postersprints.com and provide the order number you received on the order confirmation.

DELIVER TO ALTERNATE ADDRESS

If you choose to pay by card, we can send your package to a different address. Send us an email with your order number and we will change the address manually.

DELIVERY

After we have packed and sent your order, you will receive a confirmation that your package is on its way. You also get a tracking number so you can track the package. We ship all our packages through PostNord and have a offer fast delivery times worldwide.

For European countries, the delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days from the date you placed your order.

For the US, Canada and Australia, the delivery time is approximately 10-15 working days from the date you placed your order.

The package will be sent to the nearest delivery point and you will be notified of when you may retrieve the package.

RETURNS

If you want to return a purchase, email the following information to info@postersprints.com

– Order number
– Customer name
– Article name
– Reason for return

Once we have received your return order, we will send you a return shipping slip within two (2) working days. Return shipping will be deducted when crediting your repurchase. The product should be sent well packaged and on return of frames, the packaging seal must be intact.

COMPLAINTS

If you have detected an error with any of your products, you have the option to file a complaint. We adhere to the Consumer Buying Act and the right of withdrawal. Email the following information to info@postersprints.com.

– Order number
– Customer name
– Article name

Once we receive your complaint, we will return with further instructions within two (2) weekdays.

We only partner with well-known card and invoice suppliers and comply with all the requirements that apply to the security of payments and handling of personal data over the Internet. We do not save card information and all your data is encrypted according to SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

WHAT IS IT FOR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POSTERS AND PRINTS?

We have chosen to use different terms but there is no difference between posters and prints. All motifs are printed on 200g/m² high quality matte paper with a thickness that provides durability and with a sleek matte print that does not reflect back the light.
