RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
At Posterprints.com, you have 90 days to withdraw the purchase from the day you received the item. The product should be sent well packaged and on return of frames, the packaging seal must be intact.
Returns
If you want to return a purchase, email the following information to info@postersprints.com
– Order number
– Customer name
– Article name
– Reason for return
Once we have received your return order, we will send you a return shipping slip within two working days. Return shipping will be deducted when crediting your repurchase. The product should be sent well packaged and on return of frames, the packaging seal must be intact
Complaints
If you have detected an error with any of your products, you have the option to file a complaint. We adhere to the Consumer Buying Act and the right of withdrawal. Email the following information to info@postersprints.se

Once we receive your complaint, we will return with further instructions within two weekdays.
Did you make your purchase using a promotion or discount codes?
Once your return has been received, your order will be recalculated. If the requirements of the promotion or discount are not met, the discount will be deducted from your refund..
Unclaimed package
For goods that return to us because the customer has not received or collected the goods, we charge SEK 180. This is to cover the double shipping fees (for you and then back to us) as well as our picking and unpacking of goods.
Exchange
We do not handle any exchanges. If you wish to exchange one or more of your items received for something else, then it will be processed as a normal withdrawal / return. That is, you send back what you do not want and we refund your money. The new items you wish to buy can be ordered the usual way through our shop.
